Soak paneer pcs in hot water, keep aside.
For Broccoli sauce....take a pan, add broccoli pcs, almonds, kaju, garlic, ginger & green chilli, top up with water, cook it until broccoli is completely cooked. - 2
Turn off the flame, allow it to cool down. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients, leave aside water (can use it in some other dish), add 4 icecubes, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil & butter, heat it. In goes garlic, saute it for a minute.

Add in onion, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add paneer pcs, stir fry it for a minute.

In goes 4 tbsp broccoli sauce, mix it well, add salt also (adjustable), mix it well, cook it for 30 sec.

Add in fresh cream, mix it well, cook it for a minute.

In goes kasoori methi, mix it well.

Now add 1/2 cup hot water, mix it well, boil it, cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaves...
