Chop Leek into long cuts and finely chop potato in long slices.

In heated pan add Oil, allow to heat then add Nigella seeds and allow to crackle. Then add chopped Potato + turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Then add chopped Leek + green chilli + salt and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Cover and cook under medium flame for 2-3 minutes, add water and cook further for few more minutes.
Dish is done. - 5
Serve with Paratha.
