First of all, wash and clean the spinach and coriander and boil them in hot water, take them out and immediately soak them in cold water. Then drain it.

Now heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add cloves, bay leaf, chopped onion, ginger, chilli and garlic and saute for fewseconds. Add blanched spinach, coriander and saute for 1 minute. Take it off and cools down completely.

When the mixture cools down (remove the bay leaves) make it's puree in the mixer grinder. Again in the same pan heat 1 tbspoon of butter, roast the wheat flour and add milk and keep stirring fast.

When it thickens a little, add the prepared puree to it. Now add bay leaf, pepper powder, salt and mix it well. take it off after 2 minutes.

Spinach Coriander creamy Soup is ready. Garnish it with fresh cream and hot oil with garlic, chilli powder while serving.
