Pie Crust:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. - 2
Line a pie dish with a thin layer of Pie Crust Dough

Bake for 20 minutes. The crust will partially baked. Set aside.

Filling:
Bring to a simmer the Sugar and Water, in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then let it simmer undisturbed until the sugar turns a deep amber. - 5
Remove from the heat and whisk in the Plant Butter and Orley Whip. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes.

Whisk the Brown Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla Essence and Salt into the caramel sauce, until well combined. Mix in the Pecans.

Pour the filling into the parbaked crust and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Let cool to completely set before serving with whipped Orley Whip or Ice Cream.
