Steps

First we will put 1 cup of hot water in a pan and add crushed cumin seeds and butter to it and mix till the butter melts.
Now add suji to it and cook till the mixture thickens. - 2
Now take it out in another bowl and when it cools down, add rice flour to it, mix it, add a cup of water to it and make stiff dough.
Now we will grease the chakli machin with oil, add dough to it and pour all the chakli - 3
Now add oil to the pan and fry the chakari till golden brown and crispy.
Now we will mix the sprinkling spices in it and sprinkle it on chakli and serve it in a plate.
