Ingredients

20 minutes

6 people

3/4 cupsourdough discard
2eggs
1/4 cupmelted unsalted butter
1 tspvanilla extract
3 tbspmilk
2 tbspGreek yogurt or cream cheese
1 1/4 cupflour
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupinclusions (blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips- whatever you’d like!)

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Add mixture to muffin tins.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.
