Steps

First we will prepare the potatoes by steaming them
Once it is done, we will mash it properly so there will be no lumps in it - 2
Now we will grind the ginger chillies and also grind the cashew nuts
Now we will prepare the curd by adding powdered sugar and salt cumin powder. - 3
Now add all the spices, ground cashews and arrowroot to our potatoes and mix them
Now we will prepare all tikki
Now we will add oil in a pan and add tikki in it and fry it on both sides. - 4
Now we will add tikki in a plate and serve it with sweet curd green chutney khatti meethi chutney masala peanut garnished with coriander and pomegranate seeds.
