Ingredients

  • 125 gramsgreen tomato
  • 1 table spoonroasted peanuts
  • 1 table spoonjaggery
  • 2green chillies, coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tspoonoil,
  • mustard seeds,
  • pinch of asafoetida
  • Few curry leaves

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash green tomatoes.Direct heat of gas roast for five minutes.

    After cooling remove skin.Cut into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In a mixer grinder add tomato pieces, jaggery, peanuts,salt, coriander leaves, chilli, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and grind finely.

    Heat a small karahi add oil, mustard seeds when crackle add asafoetida and curry leaves.Pour this baghat into chutney.Mix well.
