Green tomato chutney

Wash green tomatoes.Direct heat of gas roast for five minutes.

After cooling remove skin.Cut into small pieces.

In a mixer grinder add tomato pieces, jaggery, peanuts,salt, coriander leaves, chilli, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and grind finely.

Heat a small karahi add oil, mustard seeds when crackle add asafoetida and curry leaves.Pour this baghat into chutney.Mix well.
