In a grinder add green peas, green chilli. And grind it coarsely. Once it is done then keep aside.

In a bowl combine wheat flour, salt, ajwain and the mixture. Mix it well and knead a smooth dough. Once it is done then keep aside for 2 minutes.

Now heat oil in a iron kadai. From the dough take a small ball. Roll it like a poori. When the oil is hot then dip fry the poori till it is light brown in colour. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate.

Enjoy with aloor dum
