In winter season we can get row turmericand many vegetables which are used in this turmericsabji. So today we are going to prepare Rajasthani Raw turmeric sabji which is very healthy and delicious also.

Take all ingredients on one platform first of all keep kadai on medium flame and add ghee in Rajasthani dishes ghee is the main ingredient which is used in every vegetable. Then fry cashews and then make tadka with the help of mustard seeds, cumin seeds,hing then add bay leaves cinnamon stick green cardamoms and chillies in it

Now add onion ginger garlic paste and stir fry. When when this paste become transparent add Raw turmeric in it and again 5 to 7 minute fry in ghee. This turmeric changes little bitcolor then add tomato paste in it

Simultaneously add red chilli powder garam masala coriander powder jeera powder and then add hungcurd and mix it well. When all mixture mixing properly then add all vegetables in it and again mix it well. After 5 minutes add fresh cream in it

And then add one and half cup water so that our vegetables cooked properly.keep plate on it and keep on medium flame for next 10 minutes. then add kasuri methi, coriander in it. if you want gravy then see the consistency of our bhaji. At last add chopped spring onion.this turmeric sabji is served with roti, bajra bhakri.
