Today I have made moong soup to increase immunity, which can be given to a sick person in his food and can also be given to a healthy person to increase his immunity.
Moong beans provide a good amount of protein. Apart from this, moong beans also act as a good antioxidant. Moong beans also contain potassium, magnesium and fiber in good amounts. All the elements of moong beans are very useful for nourishing our body and fighting against germs from the environment. So let's see how moong immunity booster soup is made.

The moong has to be washed with clean water and soaked for two to three hours. Then it has to be boiled in a cooker. The boiled moong has to be crushed and strained through a sieve. So that the moong water for making soup will be ready.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, grated ginger, and neem leaves.

Then add asafoetida. Now add the prepared moong water to it. Add turmeric powder and let it boil for two to three minutes.

Then add salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander and mix thoroughly.

So here is our hot Moong Soup ready to serve.
