This is a light, easy meal to enjoy when you feel like eating something healthy with minimal preparation.

Peel and wash the sweetcorn then microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle Aromat original immediately after removing from the microwave.

Skin the fish and spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay the hake pieces on the baking tray and Lightly drizzle oil on the fish then after sprinkle with salt and any seasoning of your choice. Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning the pieces over halfway.

Combine your salad leaves, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Add raw onion slices if you like. Drizzle with light Italian salad dressing. Lastly sprinkle with cubes of feta cheese.

Serve and enjoy.
