Ragi and vegetable soup
Steps

Mix ragi flour and 1 cup water to make a smooth slurry.Keep it aside.

Heat oil,add garlic, green chilli, ginger and onion.Cook it till onion becomes light brown.

Add vegetables and mix it well.Cook it for 2min.Add 3 cups of water.Mix.Cover and cook for 4-5 min or until vegetables become soft.

Add ragi slurry and mix.Keep on stirring till it boils.Slow down the heat and cook for 3 min.Switch off the gas stove.Add lemon juice.

Serve hot. Garnish it with coriander leaves.Enjoy this healthy soup !!
