We all are very well known of these calcium rich curry leaves, we majorly use it in dal, kadhi & in tempering. Curry leaves are one of my favourite ingredients and always available in my kitchen. Aroma & flavour of tender curry leaves & it's lots of health benefits are main reason of my curry leaves love.

Steps

Knead medium hard dough by adding oil,salt & curry leaves puree. Add water if needed.

Divide dough in equal parts. Take one part, roll small circle, apply oil & sprinkle some dry flour, fold it in half twice to make a triangle. Then roll it again in triangle paratha. Now cook from both sides by adding ghee in preheat skillet.

Serve hot with any vegetable or curry.
Note:
1. Use tender curry leaves to make puree.
