Steps

Warm the 1 litre milk every day and take out the malai every day from top of the milk

Add some 1 tbsp yoghurt in the malai.

Add malai everyday from the milk in the pot where you added some yoghurt.

On the fourth day take all the malai in the mixer and add some cold water blend it 3 to 4 min now add normal water again blend it..you also use a hand blender or ravi. at the bottom you get the buttermilk.

You got the white butter at the top.Remove white butter and keep in the bowl wash it with water. keep this in the freezer you can make ghee from this white butter or you can use this white butter for making cake,to roast dosa,and paratha also.its very healthy and tasty
