  1. 4 cupcoconut milk
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupmix veggies
  4. 1 cupboiled noodles
  5. 1 slicefried noodles
  6. 1 cuphomemade fried noodles
  7. 1/2 cupbarista
  8. 2 tbspchopped green garlic
  9. 1 tbspchilli ginger garlic paste
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander stems
  11. 1 tbspgram flour
  12. slicesLemon
  13. Coriander
  14. Chilli garlic oil
  15. Salt

    Start by adding water to coconut milk. Add besan to some coconut milk, to make slurry. Add to coconut milk and put it to boil. Add green garlic, coriander stems, chilli ginger garlic paste and all the veggies and salt. Let it boil.

    Chop onion into thin slices and fry it till brown and crispy. also blanch all the veggies and saute them. Add salt. Put them aside.Here I have taken cauliflower, carrots, capsicum, green peas, flat beans.

    For homemade noodles,Knead wheat flour, roll it and cut into thin strips and fry it. Also boil noodles, fry some of it. Keep both noodles aside.

    To assemble, take boiled noodles to bowl. Add coconut soup,

    Add both fried noodles, barista, coriander, lemon slice, chilli garlic oil.

    Add some soup if needed. Enjoy this winter this one pot meal.
