Methi kofta in kadhi
Steps

For kofta
In a bowl put chopped methi leaves and little salt mix and keep aside for 5 mnts.

Sqeeze water from methi leaves.and keep in another bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients for kofta mix and make dough add water if needed. Keep aside.

Divide the dough in 12 portion and shape each portion in round shape.

Place the kofta on steamer plate and steam it for 5 mnts.
Remove from fire and keep aside. - 6
For the kadhi
Combine curd,besan and 1 1/2 cup water. Whisk well till there is no lump.

Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds now add asafoetida, curry leaves,and sliced onion cook little.

Add curd besan mixture, turmeric powder and salt mix cook on medium heat till done.

Take serving bowl add methi kofta pour hot kadhi on kofta.

Serve immediately with rice or chapati.
