Fenugreek is also very beneficial for the body. Fenugreek is beneficial in many problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach diseases. Regular consumption of fenugreek protects the body against many diseases. Today I have made fenugreek muthiya that are very soft and tasty.

Steps

Take equal parts of gram flour and semolina in a bowl and add cooked rice and chopped fenugreek leaves to it.

Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and ginger chili paste.

Then add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, oil and baking soda to it. Mix everything properly and prepare a dough.

From this prepared dough, make muthias and place them in the steamer to cook. The muthias should not be too thick.

Grease the grid on which the muthias are placed with oil and leave some space between the two muthias so that they have room to expand. Allow them to steam for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Now, insert a spatula into the steamed muthia to check whether it is cooked properly or not. If the spatula comes out clean, then our muthia is cooked properly. Transfer it to another plate and let it cool.

Then, these are to be cut into pieces with a spatula.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds, add these muthia pieces and mix well.

This muthia can be garnished with coriander and served hot with green chutney, tomato sauce, yogurt or tea.
