Steps

Wash vegetables

Slice onion 5mm wide

Cut spring onion into 4cm lengths

Mix seasoning ingredients in step 4 to evenly coat with seasoning and set aside for 10 mins

Rub meat with seasoning in step 4

Add onion and spring onion to minced meat and set aside for a while.
Note: Do not marinate for more than 1hr! - 7
After pan is heated, add oil and fry meat little by little in pan. Cook over medium heat.
Note: The thicker the pan, the better! If sauce is not enough, add water slowly tk avoid burning it.
