#HomemadeMarzipan #AlmondMarzipan #NoCookRecipe #SweetTreats #QuickRecipes #EasyDesserts #NuttyDelights #MarzipanLove #DIYConfectionery #FourIngredientMagic

Tip: Soaking almonds for 25 minutes in hot water is typically done to soften them more thoroughly, especially if they need to be blended into an ultra-smooth paste or used in recipes requiring extra creaminess.

However, for marzipan, a 2-3 minute soak in boiling water is sufficient because:
1. The primary goal is to loosen the skins for easy peeling, not to soften the almonds entirely.
2. Over-soaking can make the almonds too soft, resulting in an overly moist texture that may affect the dough consistency.

If soaked for 25 minutes, it might be a personal preference or specific to a different recipe’s requirements. For this quick marzipan recipe, a shorter soak is more practical.
