First take out the leaves separately and wash it three time or till the water comes clean.

Boil water and dip it in hot water for two mins (basically blanch the Bathua)

Put it on a strainer and cool.chop it after it’s cool.

Take it out in a bowl and add the spices with ginger garlic paste and mix well.Now add the wheat flour to it.

Make a soft dough with enough warm water.Make small balls and roll to thin roti.Heat a hot tawa and place it on the hot Tawa.

Once it cooks on one side flip and cook on the other side too. Drizzle little ghee and serve hot.
