1/ 2 cup methi leaves
1/ 2 cup spring onion
2green chillies
1tomato
3/ 4 cup besan
1/ 4 cup rava
1/ 8 tsp hing
1/ 8 tsp carrom seeds
1/ 4 tsp turmeric
1/ 2 tsp red chillie powder
1/ 2 tsp Coriander powder
1/ 4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Gather ingredients. Chop onion, methi, chillies, tomato.

Mix chopped things with rava, besan, salt, masalas.adiquate amount of water.

Heat appe pan, Grease with oil. Pour the batter in it. Put lid. Cook for 5 min on slow flame

Cook from both the sides.

Serve hot with sauce.
