  • 200 mlolive oil and butter mix
  • 115 gyoghurt
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 1orange zest
  • Dry
  • 350 gflour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 250 gbrown sugar
  • 3 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2nutmeg grated
  • 50 gdry poppy seeds or chia
  • Carrot
  • 270 gcarrots grated
  • 100 graisins chopped

    Mix wet

    Split in two tins
