Moth Beans Sabji

Soak the moth beans overnight in water.Next day boil the moth beans in cooker. After that take a kadai. Add oil. When it gets heated add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder, curry leaves and crushed Garlic cloves.

After that add boiled moth beans and add some water. Mix well. Then add kitchen king masala and mix it.

Now add salt, mix well and bring to a boil. Moth beans sabji is ready to serve.
