Lobster tails in aromatic butter

Prepare aromatic butter. To do this, mix softened quality butter with chopped dill, thyme and crushed garlic clove. Choose the amount of everything to taste. Wrap in cling film like a bar and freeze.

Cut the lobster tails lengthwise, but not all the way through. Place in a suitable form.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for ten minutes.

Remove from the oven, place pieces of butter in the slits. Bake for another five to ten minutes. Focus on your oven and the size of the tails.

Serve hot.
