Assemble Ingredients:
Layout all dry and wet ingredients with toppings. - 2

Grease the Pan:
Grease with ghee, line with parchment, grease again. - 6
Preheat Oven:
180°C for 10 mins. - 7
Jaggery Mixture:
Mix jaggery with hot water till dissolved. - 8
Sift & Combine Dry Ingredients:
Sift flour, baking powder, and soda. - 9

Make Batter:
Add flour mix to jaggery water gradually. Add oil. Whisk. Add milk gradually and whisk well. - 12

Add-ins:
Fold in fruit peels, nuts, raisins, cranberries, and seeds. - 16

Fill the Pan:
Pour into pan, tap to remove bubbles. - 18
Top It:
Add reserved toppings: nuts, seeds, dried fruits. - 19
Bake:
Bake for 35 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. - 20
Cool & Slice:
Cool completely, unmould, slice. - 21
