Steps

Take finger millet flour,seive and keep aside. Collect drumstick leaves. Separate the leaves alone for pakodas.

Wash chana dal with plain water for fifteen minutes. Then drain the water completely.

Dry roast the urad dal, let it cool for sometime,grind it to fine powder.

Take a wide bowl, add finger millet flour, soaked chana dal, drumstick leaves, finely chopped onion, green chillies,salt and curry leaves and salt. Sprinkle very little water. Mix it well. Pakoda dough is ready now. Make a small dumplings from the dough.kee it on plate.

Heat oil in kadai, when the oil is hot enough, add the dumplings, fry till they becomes crispy. Remove from heat.

Transfer to a serving plate. Very tasty and crispy finger millet pakodas is ready to serve. Enjoy the tasty and crispy finger millet pakodas.
