The hot summer calls for nothing but a refreshing dessert. This fresh mango cheesecake tart is the perfect one. Also this is so easy to make & delightful at the same time:)
Steps

Tart shell: In a bowl, add the flour, sugar. Add in cubes of chilled butter & rub the butter into the flour till it turns crumbly.

Add in the milk gradually while kneading till a soft dough is formed. Wrap in cling wrap & refrigerate.

Roll it out on a flat surface & place it in a 9 – inch tart pan. Press the sides and base firmly & cut off the excess dough. Poke holes in the base with a fork.
Place a piece of parchment paper & add any beans [BLIND BAKING]. - 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes or golden brown.

Filling: Add softened cream cheese in a bowl & whisk till smooth. Add the mango puree & sugar, whisk till mixed.
Add 1/4 cup whipped cream & mix till smooth. - 6
Assembly: Demold the tart once cooled & remove the beans and parchment paper.

Scoop out the filling in the tart & spread evenly with an offset spatula.
Pipe the remaining the whipped cream onto the tart. Finish with fresh mango piece, sprinkles & gold dust (optional).
