Roast peanuts and remove skin.

In a mixer jar add garlic cloves, peanuts, cumin seeds,salt, chilli powder and 1/4 cup water.Grind chutney This chutney mostly eat with thalipeeth, thepla,dashmi.

Heat a tadka pan add little oil and mustard seeds, cumin seeds.Allow to spluter.Pour this in to chutney.
