Soak rice flakes for ten minutes.cook matar in microwave for two minutes.

Crush matar in mixer with green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger piece.

In a mixing bowl add this paste and mash rice flakes.Add salt and mix together all the ingredients.

Heat a pan add oil.Make tikkis from this.Add in to pan shallow fry till golden brown and crispy.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
