Cut the stalk of kale and the middle thick vein. Wash it thoroughly. Spread it on a clean cloth for the extra water to dry up and do wind up your other chores by then. If you have time and energy, pat dry the leaves with a kitchen towel. But only if you are in a hurry and want to feed someone quickly.

Preheat the air fryer and adjust the temperature to 180° and set the timer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile to the kale greens taken in a bowl, add some olive oil, arabian sea salt and sesame seeds. Toss until combined well.

Select the option roast and arrange them few at a time for a perfect crunch. Do it in batches. That's it. Crisp and crunchy chips are all done to perfection. These would get done in 5 minutes. 10 to 12 minutes is the total time taken if done in batches.
