Ingredients

  1. Pasta of your choice
  2. Tomato sauce
  3. Mexican table cream
  4. Plenty of healthy oil
  5. Italian herbs and aromatics
  6. Salt
  7. Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Begin by putting a pot of water on to boil.

  2. 2

    Add the pasta to the pot of boiling water, then start the sauce (if the pasta has a quick cook time like spaghetti, start the sauce sooner). Heat olive oil in a sauce pan that will fit the sauce. Bloom the seasoning, careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add the tomato sauce and cream. Heat.

  4. 4

    Drain pasta. Serve tossed with sauce and parmesan.
