Pudine (mint) ki Roti
Steps
- 1
In a mixing bowl, mix together, flours, yogurt, mint leaves, salt and water. Knead for about 5 minutes, allow to sit for at least an hour.
- 2
Roll each ball to a 4-5 inch circle, brush with oil and cut a slit from the center point towards the edge of the circle. Starting from 1 end of the slit roll into a conical shape until you reach the other end or the slit.
- 3
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal sized balls.
- 4
Press down the cone with fingers to flatten and roll further to the 5-6 inch circle.
- 5
On a heated griddle, sear until lightly brown from both sides.
- 6
Serve with your choice of gravy.
