The word Spread as called abroad or Chutney as we call it in India , is a very popular accompaniment in Indian Cuisine. Spreads are popular abroad especially in breakfast but chutney can be served with anything like apply it on bread/ toast, serve it with snacks like samosas , gotas , handvo, dhokla, batata wadas , pudla, choraphali , farsi puri , fritters so on & so forth , the list is endless . This spread/ chutney has all 3 tastes in them , it's spicy , sour & sweet , so do try ...... before the green peas season is over .

Winter is a season for fresh green peas. A variety of dips & chutney can be made using fresh green peas. This is one such unique spread / chutney which is made using fresh herbs & of course , the sweet little green peas. This spread stays fresh for a week in the fridge .
