Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all the rub together. Cut the stick of butter in half and slide it inside the breast skin part of the chicken carefully so you don't tear the skin off. Rub the knorr seasoning all over the chicken using a brush or your hands.
- 2
Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken. For best result place it in a ziplock and leave it in the fridge overnight but if you are cooking it same day, marinate it for at least 2-3 hours.
- 3
When you're almost ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Bake it for one hour but after 45 minutes, take it out and spray it with butter spray or simply rub or spray it with a bit of olive oil. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take it out, serve and enjoy.
