Perfect for brunch or a fun breakfast treat, it’s an easy way to impress your friends or family. My favorite way to enjoy it? Cooking Instructions

Prepare the flax egg by mixing 1 tbsp of flax meal with 2 tbsp of water. Let it sit for 2 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the ube mix, vegan butter, water, and flax egg. Mix until smooth.

Heat a frying pan to medium and lightly coat with oil.

Pour the batter onto the pan to form 3–4 pancakes.

After 1–2 minutes, sprinkle Bacony Bits and diced chocolate onto the pancakes.

Once bubbles appear throughout the batter, flip the pancakes and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Remove pancakes and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Top with almond butter, blackberries, maple syrup, and more Bacony Bits if desired.
