  1. 1bell pepper, any color (red is best)
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1 handfulparsley
  5. 4large garlic cloves
  6. 1green chili pepper
  7. Spices:
  8. 1 pinchsalt, to taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  10. 2 1/2 tablespoonswhite vinegar (about 37 ml)
  11. 1 1/2 tablespoonslemon juice (about 22 ml)
  12. 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
  13. 1 teaspoonvegetable oil

    Cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
