Steps

Take cooked rice,semolina,curd and water in a blender jar.
Blend until smooth paste.
Transfer in a bowl, cover the bowl and give the rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, grate the carrot
Finely chop the capsicum and onion.
Keep everything ready. - 2
After resting the better, add all the veggies along with salt, chilli flakes and chilli garlic ginger paste.
Mix well. - 3
Grease and heat the appe pan on a slow flame.
Now take out a little better in another bowl.
Add eno and oil.
Mix gently.
Fill the appe pan and cover with the lid.
Let appe cook on a slow flame. - 4
After some time flip the appe and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove in the dish..
Serving time..
Set the appam in a serving tray together with Tomato sauce and masala tea.
Enjoy tasty appam for breakfast or as a Snack..
