Ingredients

25 minutes
in Breakfast or as a Snack
  • 1 bowlcooked/leftover rice
  • 1 bowlSemolina/Suji
  • 1 bowlcurd (alittle sour)
  • 1 bowlwater
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1finely chopped capsicum
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 3 tbspboiled Sweet corn
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspeno
  • 1 tspoil (to add in the better)
  • Required oil to roast Appam
  • as neededTomato sauce
  • 1 cupMasala tea

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take cooked rice,semolina,curd and water in a blender jar.
    Blend until smooth paste.
    Transfer in a bowl, cover the bowl and give the rest for 10 minutes.
    In the meantime, grate the carrot
    Finely chop the capsicum and onion.
    Keep everything ready.

    After resting the better, add all the veggies along with salt, chilli flakes and chilli garlic ginger paste.
    Mix well.

    Grease and heat the appe pan on a slow flame.
    Now take out a little better in another bowl.
    Add eno and oil.
    Mix gently.
    Fill the appe pan and cover with the lid.
    Let appe cook on a slow flame.

    After some time flip the appe and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
    Remove in the dish..
    Serving time..
    Set the appam in a serving tray together with Tomato sauce and masala tea.
    Enjoy tasty appam for breakfast or as a Snack..
