A super easy one-pot pav bhaji recipe, without compromising on the delicious taste. Pav bhaji is a popular Mumbai street-style snack. We usually cook the veggies separately and then blend this with the masala. In this recipe, we are doing the entire process in a pressure cooker.

A super easy one-pot pav bhaji recipe, without compromising on the delicious taste. Pav bhaji is a popular Mumbai street-style snack. We usually cook the veggies separately and then blend this with the masala. In this recipe, we are doing the entire process in a pressure cooker.

First of all prepare all the vegetables. Heat oil in a pressure cooker on gas and add chopped onion, ginger, chilli and garlic and soute for 1-2 minutes

Now add tomato to it and add all the spices and mix. Then add all the remaining vegetables, beetroot capsicum and mix well.

Now add 1 glass of water and cover the cooker with lid. after 3 whistles in the cooker off the flame.. Once the cooker cools down, mash all the vegetables with a pav bhaji masher.

Now heat oil and butter in a pan for double tadka. Add the garlic paste and saute it. Add kashmiri red chili powder and tomato paste, salt, pavbhaji masala to it and mix it. Turn off the gas flame and mix this tadka in bhaji.

Now simmer it for 2 minutes then add coriander leaves and lemon juice. and take it off. Garnish it with onion rings and butter. Quick and easy pav bhaji of the instant cooker is ready. Enjoy with salad, chhas and papad.
