Steps
- 1
Mix turmeric and salt in water and set aside. Meanwhile peel and keep them ready.
- 2
Heat oil on a low. And after it's heated up, slice the bananas directly into the oil but be extra careful while doing so. Or else slice it just before one batch is complete. Do it in batches of 4 or 5 or more depending upon the quantity of bananas.
- 3
Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat to high. Half way through, carefully sprinkle a little of turmeric and salt water on the bananas as they are still frying. Be careful about that.
- 4
Follow the same until all are done. Serve them right away. Or can be stored in airtight containers once they come down to the room temperature. Relish it as a pure homemade snack on any given day. Enjoy!
