Steps

Take all ingredients together. In a grinding jar add black chana,semolina,green Chilli and cud.

Add 2tbsp water and Grind them make a smooth paste. transfer in a bowl. Leave it for 5 minutes.add turmeric powder, salt,coriander leaves mix it well. Add baking soda and mix again.

Heat a pan,pour 1 full ladle of batter in the pan spread evenly. Add little oil and cook on low to medium flame when it become dry add chopped onion,tomatoes, grated carrot and coriander leaves.

Flip it carefully and cook from other side by adding little oil. Transfer in plate serve hot with chutney.
