Wash big spinach and pat dry them

In one big bowl add besan, crushed coriander seeds, black pepper crushed, coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, tamarind pulp and jaggery powder

Make thick paste by adding little water.

On flat bottom lay big palak patta(leaf) spread batter overlap another big patta spread batter,same way third patta.

This way make three layer.now roll them and make roll.

This way make roll of all patta.

Steam the roll for 15 mnts.

Slice the roll.

In pan heat oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.cook for 30 seconds add sliced roll mix

Serve anytime.
