Mix all the crêpe batter ingredients together. Blend the batter to avoid lumps.

Take out 2 ladles of batter and add the unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix well.

In a buttered skillet, create a swirl pattern with the cocoa batter, then cover with the plain batter.

Cook until the top of the crêpe looks dry. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used.
