Ingredients

  • 2 slicespork chop,cut into 4 pieces
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspflour
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • Halfcup cooking oil
  • 3 tbspbread crumbs
  • Some ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade pork with soy sauce,pepper and flour.Leave for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Beat egg and place in.a plate.

  3. 3

    Heat pan then add in cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Take pork dip into egg then next coat in bread crumbs.Do it one by one.

  5. 5

    Then fry in cooking oil,until its well done and crispy.
