I started by looking up pesto pasta sauce and after reading multiple recipes, I put this one together with what I had in the house. I MADE THIS UP ON THE FLY.

I started by looking up pesto pasta sauce and after reading multiple recipes, I put this one together with what I had in the house. I MADE THIS UP ON THE FLY.

Cut chicken breasts into cubes and cook in a frying pan then set aside. SAVE THE DRIPPINGS.

Cook the pasta of your choice and make enough to feed 4 people. Then set aside.

In a frying pan, add the chicken drippings, the jar of Basil Pesto and start heating up before you add the 2 cups of whipping cream.

Stir over medium heat as the sauce thickens up slightly. In 1 large pot, add the drained noodles, the chicken and then pour the pesto sauce over the top. I also added some onions at this point.

Once mixed you can add Parmesan cheese and the baby tomatoes cut in half.

Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
