Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 4 slicessandwich bread (from an 8-slice loaf)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons●mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon●mustard
  • 2croquettes
  • 7 ounces (200 g)○cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons○canola oil
  • Salt and pepper ○to taste
  • as neededSauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preparation
    ★Crusts on the bread are optional.
    ★Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.

  2. 2

    Cut the cabbage into thick shreds. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the cabbage. Once it softens, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.

    Spread mustard mayo on one side of each of the 4 slices of bread ⇒ add cabbage ⇒ place croquettes on top and drizzle with sauce.

    After assembling the sandwich, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and cut. Enjoy!
