Steps

Take all the needed ingredients. Soak saffron in to hot water.

In a hot pan,add 1 litre milk,brig it to boil. Once it's starts boiling,it forms malai.

After few mins pour soaked saffron water. It gives nice yellow colour to the milk.

Collect the Malai and mix it to the milk.
Keep boiling,until it reduced to half. - 5
Then add sugar. Mix well. Add cardamom powder Once the sugar dissolves.

Atlast add chopped nuts as per our wish. That's all. Our delicious Basundi is ready.
