I made shortbread using lemons from the garden. I used a smile cutter to carve them out, but if you don't have one, you can just roll them out, mash them, add eyes with a toothpick, and make a mouth with a spoon. #cookpadkitchentour #bakewithlove

Ingredients

10 shortbreads
  1. 55 gbutter
  2. 20 gsugar
  3. 10 ghoney
  4. 1lemon zest
  5. 10 grice flour
  6. 80 gplain flour

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, mashing the butter with your hands.

    Once it becomes a single mass, pour it onto a surface sprinkled with a little rice flour (not included in the recipe), roll it out to a thickness of about 4 mm, and cut it out using a mold.

    Bake in a 160°C oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
