Ingredients

  1. 350 gmpotato
  2. 150 gmgreen peas
  3. Small packet bread
  4. 1 onion
  5. 3 green chilli
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1ts turmeric powder
  8. 1 ts Red chilli powder
  9. 1 ts cumin seeds
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1ts garam masala
  12. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Take 350 grams of potatoes and 150 grams of green peas. Boil the potatoes and chop the onions, green chillies, coriander and lemon. Chop everything and keep it aside.

    Now mash the potatoes and add 1 teaspoon oil, add half a teaspoon cumin seeds and fry the onions. Then add green chillies and green peas and fry everything well. Then add the mashed potatoes, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon sugar, half a teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, mix everything well and remove from the heat and let it cool

    Take a small pack of bread, if it is for tiffin, then you can make a sandwich out of small bread, fill it with the prepared potato masala, make a sandwich in the toaster and take it in the tiffin with red chilli chutney.
